What is Mäfoyou?
Mäfoyou lets you build your own muesli, trail mixes and other healthy snacks from real ingredients, guided by Mishti and made fresh to order. Instead of choosing from fixed recipes on a shelf, you decide what goes in, and we prepare your mix specifically for you. Of course, if you are new and want to try our standard mixes, we have those too. Our ingredients are stored in an hygienic way and mixed fresh just for you.
Who is Mishti?
Mishti is Mäfoyou's AI nutrition and food guide, available from your first visit. She helps you build a mix based on your preferences, allergies and goals, balances proportions, keeps ingredients within sensible limits, and combines things that work well together, so your mix is enjoyable to eat and properly put together. Your conversations with Mishti stay with Mäfoyou, secure and private, and are not used to train AI models. Mishti runs on Mitochondria's Cornea platform.
How is Mäfoyou different from a normal muesli or granola brand?
Most packaged food starts with a recipe and hides the ingredients inside it. Mäfoyou works the other way round. You choose the ingredients, Mishti keeps the proportions sensible, and we make each mix to order. The food adapts to you, rather than asking you to adapt to it.
What can I make with Mäfoyou?
You can build your own muesli with a base of flavoured oats and flakes, with nuts, seeds, dried and freeze-dried fruit, and some other fun ingredients. Besides, you can also build delicious trail mixes with nuts, seeds, dried and freeze-dried fruits. Start from scratch, or take a ready mix and adjust it to suit you.
Who is behind Mäfoyou?
Mäfoyou is made in India by a team that has spent years in the food trade, buying, handling and supplying ingredients at scale. Trading food for a living teaches you things a label never shows: which suppliers hold their standard, which ingredients travel well, what a fair price for good produce actually is. That judgement sits behind every order, which is why the food feels personal while the operation stays consistent and reliable.
The core team brings together medical, nutrition and food technology backgrounds alongside people who simply love food, each shaping how a blend comes together.
How does building a mix work?
Do I have to build a mix from scratch?
Not at all. If you would rather not start with a blank page, choose one of our ready mixes and order it as it is, or open it up and make it yours. The builder simply gives you the freedom to change anything you like.
You start with what you want, something high in protein, something without a particular ingredient, or simply something you will enjoy. You add the ingredients you like and skip the rest. Mishti keeps your proportions sensible as you go, and then we prepare your mix fresh and ship it to you.
Can I leave out nuts or other allergens?
Yes. Because you build the mix yourself, you can leave out anything you're allergic to, and Mishti keeps it out of her suggestions too. Our facility does handle nuts and other allergens, so minor trace exposure is possible.
How fresh is my mix, and how long does it keep?
Mäfoyou doesn't use preservatives. Each mix is prepared in small batches after you order and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Sealed, it keeps for 3 months; once opened, consume within 15 days. Exact dates are printed on your pack.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Because every mix is made fresh to your recipe, we can't take returns. But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as you built it, write to us within 24 hours at support@mäfoyou.com with a photo and we'll remake or refund it. A mix you built and simply didn't enjoy is a conversation for Mishti, who'll adjust your next one.
Do you have standard mixes that I can choose from?
Yes! Mäfoyou also offers ready mixes, recipes we've put together ourselves and make fresh to order like everything else. They're the quickest way to try us. And if a ready mix is nearly right but not quite, ask Mishti to swap what you don't want or wish to add, and make it yours.
